At Forte & Company, we want every delivery to arrive as beautifully and promptly as your wellbeing products deserve. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders within the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands.


At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

3. Processing Times
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or during UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take up to 2 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Methods & Carriers
We use trusted UK delivery partners: Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.


The carrier and service used may vary depending on your order size, value, and location.

    6. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
    You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey via the carrier’s website.

    7. Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
    If a delivery attempt is missed, your courier will usually leave a card or email with redelivery instructions.
    If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect, a re-delivery charge may apply.
    Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

    8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
    If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@fortifiedorganics.co.uk.
    We will liaise with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

    9. Delivery Exceptions & Delays
    Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
    During peak seasons, courier strikes, or severe weather conditions, delivery may take longer than usual.
    If a significant delay occurs, we’ll do our best to notify you promptly.

    10. Returns & Refunds

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
