Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@forteandcompany.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Maidenhall Industrial Estate, Suffolk, IP28 7DE
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable foods (such as superfoods, herbal teas and grains), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used food, supplements, or skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable content.
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@forteandcompany.co.uk with: -
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- A photo (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
- We recommend returning items via a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.
- Forte & Company cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If your return is due to a fault or mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect.
- If your item was part of a promotion or bundle, the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item and prefer a replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@forteandcompany.co.uk.
We’ll arrange a prompt exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@forteandcompany.co.uk with: - -Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider.
3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@forteandcompany.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Forte & Company reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in operations or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
